The Lantz Room (named for one of the earliest owners of this property in the 1700’s) is located in the main Farmhouse and provides a unique location for small executive conferences. The Lantz Room features log walls; rustic furnishings and double French doors that provide a view of the serene landscape. This room offers an intimate environment suitable for conferences, executive meetings or working meals. It offers the charm and comfort of a 265-year-old log cabin (once occupied by the family of William Penn) but with modern kitchen and bath facilities.

The Cabin is our most unique meeting space. The Cabin was constructed in 2004 in the old style of post and beam. Accessible up a steep pathway, on foot for the very adventurous or by 4-wheel drive vehicle, this idyllic retreat is cantilevered over a steep ravine and set amongst tall trees. Greeting you as you arrive at the Cabin is a fire circle with hand-hewn timber benches. Inside you are offered an expansive three-sided view of the woodland, and in the winter you will be kept warm by the wood-burning stove. This is a rustic space just perfect for that true “get away from it all” conversation or retreat – but is just a several minute walk to the main Farmhouse. Limited food service is available at the Cabin. Please discuss your needs with the Innkeeper.

Each of these facilities is available for Charter Partners Members from 8am – 5pm weekdays on a first-reserved basis. Use of these facilities past 5pm or on weekends is also available on a limited basis.

In addition to the three meeting spaces mentioned above. Charter Partners at The Farm also has two (2) room accommodations for overnight stays.
