Charter Partners Insurance Co. is a captive insurer (a mutual insurance company owned exclusively by its insureds) and is domiciled in Vermont, the preeminent base of operations in the United States for captive insurers. This company is managed by insurance services provider Charter Partners USA, Inc., which has responsibility to manage the company for the benefit of the insureds.

Prospective Members may apply for insurance as part of a new or existing industry group. If approved, members contribute to the capital base of the Insurance Company.
