OUR TEAMAbout Our Team Starting with three family co-founders in a storefront office in 1996, the Charter Partners team now includes nearly 20 employees in two locations. Our Team: Over the past 10 years, we’ve built our team caringly. We hire people who can use their talents and skills to help our Members, who are business owners seeking to be as competitive as possible.
Our employees have experience and expertise in a broad range of areas, including client service and administration, project management, technology, accounting, finance, member development, facilitation and training, business planning, vendor relations, insurance underwriting, risk management, administration, and research and development of new product and services. The average length of service of our employees is 6 years.

Our Locations: We’ve located our company headquarters on a 40-acre hillside farm in a 260-year-old renovated farmhouse in a rural valley convenient to western New Jersey and the Lehigh Valley.
