Members should designate one point of contact within the company to handle claims, provide an email and phone number that is active and regularly checked, and respond within 24-48 hours.

Our members also have a responsibility to provide timely, accurate, legible, and clear information to adjusters to bring the claims to the best outcome. Claims should be reported as soon as possible. If a members needs extra assistance they can reach out to brokers


Where To Report

You can report claims direct to the carrier or you can notify Your Broker via Phone Or Email who can report on your behalf.
Charter Partners is a network organization meaning multiple companies come together to service the captive in a network. In the case of claims your insurance carrier, PMA or Great American currently handles all claims after you report them.
