This session gives members a clear understanding of how liability works inside a captive, what litigation actually looks like, and what steps to take when something goes wrong. It focuses on real practices that protect people, operations, and the shared fund. Members will learn how to preserve evidence, follow proper procedures, and respond in ways that strengthen their position.
