• Any claims data that link health details to an identifiable person

Legal and compliance limits

• Rumors, unverified allegations, or insider “tips” about employers, competitors, regulators, or market events that could be misleading.

• Graphic or disturbing clinical or claims descriptions that are not needed to illustrate a general best practice and could be upsetting or indirectly identifying
